Headaches are common conditions that most people will experience many times during their lives. It causes pain and uneasiness in the head, neck, and scalp. Balm for headache is a common solution known to many. They are mostly mild but in rare cases, they can cause extreme pain.
Concentration on simple activities can also become tough for people suffering from headaches. When you suffer from a headache, your day-to-day activities get hampered.

Cold pack:
A cold pack is an easy way of getting relief from headaches. You can place the cold pack on your forehead and head. Try wrapping ice cubes in a towel or taking a cold shower may reduce the pain. Keep the cold compress on your head for 15 minutes and rest for the next 15 minutes. Repeat this procedure till your headache subsides.
Hot compress:

Lessen the head pressure:
Some external compressions can cause headaches. These compressions could be:
• Too high ponytail
• Wearing a hat
• Tight headband

Dim the lights:
The bright lights from your laptops and computer screen can cause headaches. Covering your windows with blackout curtains and wearing sunglasses while going out will help. You can also add anti-glare screens to your laptop pcs to fix the issue.
No clenching jaws:
If you have the habit of clenching your jaws tight or continuously chewing or grinding your teeth then you might have a headache. Try and suck on something instead, like a lollipop or candy.
Do not take stress:
Simple stretches like yoga, meditation, and relaxation can help you in calming a headache. Massaging your neck and temple is very useful in beating the stress.
Sometimes dehydration can also lead to headaches. Not drinking an ample quantity of water has its negative effects. Be sure to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday.
